Exterior Waterproofing

The client contacted The City Wide Group regarding water infiltration concerns in the basement. A site assessment was conducted, and exterior waterproofing was recommended. The initial estimate covered 10 linear feet (LF) of foundation wall, however, after excavation and inspection, the scope was extended based on the foreman's professional evaluation of the conditions.

The client contacted The City Wide Group reporting cracks in the property’s foundation. Upon inspection, the foundation cracks were identified as the primary issue, posing potential risks of water infiltration and further structural damage.

The client contacted The City Wide Group, reporting a basement leak. Upon inspection, the leak and associated wall damage were located behind the air conditioning (AC) unit. The issue posed potential risks of interior water damage and long-term foundation deterioration.

This is a very large commercial job, so it’s still in progress. Below are the current details and scope of work for your reference: Scope: Approximately 324 linear feet of exterior waterproofing work at a depth of roughly 13 feet.
