The client contacted The City Wide Group reporting cracks in the property’s foundation. Upon inspection, the foundation cracks were identified as the primary issue, posing potential risks of water infiltration and further structural damage.

This is a very large commercial job, so it’s still in progress. Below are the current details and scope of work for your reference: Scope: Approximately 324 linear feet of exterior waterproofing work at a depth of roughly 13 feet.
