- New 4” perforated weeping tile installed at footing level and surrounded with clean ¾” gravel to promote proper drainage.
- Liberty sump pump system supplied and installed within a designated sump basin.
- Sump pump discharge line routed to an approved exterior discharge location in accordance with municipal requirements.
- Concrete Restoration and Clean-Up

- Interior trench backfilled with gravel and concrete restored to match the existing slab.
- All excess materials, concrete, and debris were removed from the site, leaving the basement clean and safe.
